Trendy Style Bags is an online store based in Lebanon, offering handmade bags and accessories designed with care and crafted with quality materials.
We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail location.

3️⃣ Orders & Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) — available only within Lebanon.

• 💳 MoneyGram and Western Union — available for local and international customers.

For orders paid through MoneyGram or Western Union, your order will be confirmed via WhatsApp once payment is received.
Please ensure that all order details, including contact and address information, are correct at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not received, details are incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

We proudly deliver both locally and worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

• 🇱🇧 Lebanon: 3–5 business days

• 🌍 International: 7–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

5️⃣ Customs & International Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We do not include these fees in our product or shipping prices.
If applicable, the courier may contact you directly for payment before delivery.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Our refund and exchange process is outlined on the Refund Policy page of our website.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the specified return period via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

7️⃣ Product Information

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

All items are handmade, which means small variations are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

All product designs, images, logos, descriptions, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Trendy by Assil.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this Site without prior written permission from us.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Trendy Style Bags is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

• Losses or damages arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• Misuse of products after purchase.

While we do our best to ensure accurate descriptions and smooth operations, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website at all times.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively through the courts of Lebanon.
