Because of the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer
International customs delays or fees
Refusal to pay import duties or taxes

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or Wrong Items

Every item is double-checked before shipping.

Please note: Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling is not covered.

3. Customized & Handmade Products

Most of our products are handmade and crafted individually.
Slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural and part of the artisanal quality — they are not considered defects.

4. Order Confirmation

Before shipping, we verify every order directly with the customer via WhatsApp or email to ensure all details are correct.
Once confirmed, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or delayed by the courier, we will do our best to assist you in tracking it.
However, Trendy Style Bags is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
