Once your order and payment are confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packaging before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

📦 Inside Lebanon:

Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all Lebanese regions.

🌍 International Shipping:

We deliver to most countries worldwide via trusted courier services.
Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs clearance may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
When the shipment is on its way, you’ll be notified with the estimated delivery date and tracking details if applicable.

5. Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation (via Western Union, MoneyGram, or other accepted methods).
Please ensure your contact details, shipping address, and phone number are correct to avoid delivery issues.
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Every package is carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
